2021 Rosé   $29

A blend of mostly Cabernet Franc and Merlot and a splash of Chambourcin, this Rose' is sure to be a crowd pleaser no matter the time of year.  Our 2021 Rose' abounds with delicious amounts of strawberry, cherry and pink grapefruit notes.  Don't be shy about serving this wine with tuna, salmon and lighter pork dishes.

2020 Smokehouse Red $30

A blend of Argentina Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot this wine is reminiscent of those olden days when meat was smoked with wood in the outbuildings.

2019 Petit Verdot Estate $35
 

A dry petit manseng that packs a punch!  Bright acidity and strong notes of pineapple followed by a silky honey finish, this has all the rich, lush flavor of a more traditional style without the residual sugars.  The tropical flavors of this wine are great for Thai food and strong chesses.

Aged in French and American oaks utilizing our grapes from Charlottesville as well as Hamilton, this Petit Verdot is a rich display of herbs, cedar, cocoa, and blueberry.  With a hearty dose of oak and tannins, Petit Verdot has the depth and structure to enjoy with steak and heavy meals.

Our mot popular off dry white wine is a blend of 75% Vidal Blanc and 25% Traminette (2.5% residual sugar).

This tank-fermented Viognier has lively aromas of peach and apricot and is bursting with sweet honeysuckle and grapefruit notes.  It pairs well with white sauce dishes.

2019 Chardonnay $30

This medium body, dry blend greets your senses with aromas of apples and peach. Fermented 3 months in french oak & 6 months in stainless steel.

Equal parts of Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Petit Manseng.  This wine is sure to please almost any palate.

Two time winner of the Virginia Governor's Cup Gold Medal --A rich, full-bodied red wine crafted solely from noble Bordeaux grape varieties - Petit Verdot, Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, Merlot, and Malbec - and is considered to be the very best wines of the vintage.

This blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot  and Chambourcin showcases an abundance of sweet cherry and chocolate notes with a hint of pepper and vanilla.

2020 HSV Harmony   $28
 

An easy drinking harmonious blend of Chambourcin, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.  This light bodied wine has juicy red fruit notes and about 1.5% residual sugar making for a very wonderful iced wine, if you like it chilled.

Bright red fruit aromas and pepper complimented by soft oak notes from the addition of Merlot, this Cabernet Franc displays a good balance of tannins and fruits as well as a smooth finish to pair with grilled meats.
