This tank-fermented Viognier has lively aromas of peach and apricot, and is bursting with sweet honeycuckle and grapefruit notes. It pairs well with white sauce dishes.
2017 Chardonnay $28
This medium body, dry blend greets your senses with aromas of apples and peach. Fermented 3 months in french oak & 6 months in stainless steel.
2018 Cascina $26
A rich off-dry white blend of Seyval Blanc, Traminette, & Petit Manseng. After being fermented in stainless steel and then oak; it has a great balance between sweetness & acidity.
2018 Petit Manseng $28
A dry petit manseng that packs a punch! Bright acidity and strong notes of pineapple followed by a silky honey finish, this has all the rich, lush flavor of a more traditional style without the residual sugars. The tropical flavors of this wine are great for Thai food and strong chesses.
2019 Rose $26
A blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with skin contact for only four to six hours creates the pale salmon pink hue of this dry rose. It's bright red fruits, minerality, and crisp finish make this a perfect wine for salmon

Aged in French and American oaks utilizing our grapes from Charlottesville as well as Hamilton, this Petit Verdot is a rich display of herbs, cedar, cocoa, and blueberry. With a hearty dose of oak and tannins, Petit Verdot has the depth and structure to enjoy with steak and heavy meals.
2017 Cabernet Franc $28
Bright red fruit aromas and pepper complimented by soft oak notes from the addition of Merlot, this Cabernet Franc displays a good balance of tannins and fruits as well as a smooth finish to pair with grilled meats.
2018 Merlot $24
Alluring varietal expression of Merlot with notes of fresh raspberries and cherries and a delightful suggestion of red currants. Light tannins and a medium body fermented for 10 months in both French and American oak.
2017 Cabernet Sauvignon $28
A single varietal Cab Sauv with notes of blackberries and dark cherries, earthy mushrooms and tobacco. Sixteen months in French oak barrels adds an oaky structure to this wine.
